The
Tea House, a two-story building with the peaked roof characteristic of
Korean architecture, serves an array of exotic foods in a setting fit
for an Oriental feast. Food is cooked and kept warm on small
charcoal braziers at tableside.*

Spareribs**
2 racks
spareribs
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 chopped green onions
Cut
the ribs in serving-sized pieces. in a large bowl, mix
together
the garlic, soy sauce, broth, sugar, sesame seeds, and green onions.
Add the ribs and let stand 3 hours at room temperature or
overnight in the refrigerator. Turn ribs occasionally.
Drain
and arrange the ribs on a rack in a shallow pan. Bake in a
425
degree oven 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and
bake
25 minutes longer or until the ribs are browned and tender.
4 Servings.
