The
focal point of the Millstone Restaurant, which represents New England,
is a vast, 19th Century painted panorama of New Bedford whalers.
Harpoons and scrimshaw decorate the rooms. An open
kitchen
permits diners to watch the preparation of a variety of Yankee dishes.*
